Hi, I’m Craig, one of 1000 Mile Travel Group’s dedicated Travel Experts.
After a trip to the Middle East and Europe in my early 20’s, my life and career aspirations changed forever. It was a trip I was apprehensive to take, but it shaped my entire perception of what it means to explore the world.
I returned from my journey and spent the next 3 years working in leisure travel, and was fortunate enough to continue my overseas travel throughout Asia, the USA and across the Australian outback. I decided to shift my life again and relocated to London with my family, focusing now on corporate travel and managing business clients with complex trip plans, budgets and travel policy creation and maintenance.
The extensive knowledge I’ve gained and developed over the years in dealing with all types of travellers enables me to read people quickly and understand what they are looking for in a travel plan. For a number of years during my time in London, I had the pleasure of working with many VIPs, celebrities and sports personalities. This instilled in me an intimate understanding of the importance of confidentiality and ensuring these travellers were well looked after with all itinerary aspects effectively managed.
15 years later, I’ve returned to Australia and have commenced running my own business with 1000 Mile Travel Group. This partnership broadens my existing relationships with airlines, boutique hotels and luxury resorts with an even larger range of products, services and technologies—bringing corporate travel management into the 21st century.
